Encouraging words for difficult times

We understand that health problems can be one of the greatest sources of stress or worry, whether it’s your own health or that of someone you know and love. When that happens, it can be easy to get overwhelmed and feel as though God has forgotten you, but, luckily, this is not the case.

In fact, God is using these moments to work through you, and Paul writes in Romans that “we know that for those who love God, all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose” (Romans 8:28).

We know that this can be difficult to remember, and it doesn’t necessarily mean it will stop the worry or stress. Yet if you are in need of a reminder of God’s faithfulness as you walk through this trying time, we’ve put together a list of books that will point you toward Him and His Word.

If you would ever like someone to talk to, please know that we are here for you. Our ministry team would be more than happy to sit down and speak or pray with you and your loved ones, and they can be reached at 888-551-2583, extension 3.
